The STLB intends to help the constitution of the network by an exchange of skills, which means mutual hospitality. In the countries that give hospitality to the STLB, we intend to do the following things:

1) A 5-6 days seminar with 20 participants or thereabouts. At first, participants would study dance-theatre techniques and psychogeography (i.e. the study of the specific effects of the environment on the perception of those who go through it).

2) A *scientific* research on the relations and reciprocal influences between scenic action and urban space.

3) Following the advice of the resident comrades, the performance of scenic actions on the city sites that are most dense with social contradictions, in order to practically test the possibility of provoking insurrectional events.

4) In their turn, the participants in the seminar can teach to others the techniques they have learnt. They also can make use of the multi-use-label Teatro Situazionautico Luther Blissett/ Luther Blissett Situationautic Theatre/etc.

5) Although it is not indispensable, the insurrectional events should preferably come out of some 'Trojan Horse' - try and get access to public funds for "official" shows which the STLB would stage in the city under other names. This strategy would allow the network to reimburse travel expenses and get more easily the media coverage for the direct actions.

6) Quite obviously, the STLB guarantees support (i.e. hospitality, public financing or at worst the refund of travel expenses) for all the comrades who want to come to Italy for similar purposes (seminars, conferences, technical improvement or anything that aims at strengthening the NETWORK OF EVENTS).
